At Vetmithra.in, we are committed to providing high-quality pet food and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple cancellation and refund process.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at info@vetmithra.in or call +91 85478 75449 with your order number.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
b) After Shipping
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund as per the policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods such as open pet food or treats
- Hygiene-related products (toys, bedding, grooming kits) once used
- Products bought during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
3. Refund Policy
a) Approved Returns
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
b) Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
